Expedited Shipping/Canada Post will deliver your order within 7 - 10 days from the date of order.

If something you’ve ordered isn’t quite right, we happily offer credits. Simply email us at email@example.com to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item. Ship it back to us in its original packaging and condition, and once received we will issue the credit. We cannot credit shipping fees.
Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. No exchange or credit will be provided for products damaged during return shipping and we are not responsible for lost merchandise during a return shipping. Please allow 5 business days for processing your return.
We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. We will then provide a return authorization number to send with your package.
The applicable tax, due for each province accordingly, will be added to your order value which includes the product amount and shipping charge.
